Delivery Information


We deliver to mainland UK addresses only.

If your delivery address is on the islands of Scotland or the Scottish Highlands or another off shore location such as the Isle of Wight, Jersey, Guernsey or the Isle of Man, additional delivery charges WILL apply. This may also add an extra 2-3 weeks to your estimated lead time, depending on your exact location. For more details on non-standard delivery areas (Mainland Britain or otherwise) please email us BEFORE placing your order.


Please note some of our items are delivered directly from our UK designers via their own direct delivery service. In this case the removal and disposal service of your old furniture will not be available. They only provide standard doorstep delivery.


Selected items, including most of our wardrobes and bedsteads are delivered in sections for ease of access. Where self-assembly and installation is required, it will be noted on the item’s product page. A full set of instructions is included to ensure that you install your furniture correctly. 


 It is impossible due to factors beyond our control, to guarantee an exact delivery time but we will try where possible to instruct the courier to call you advising of an estimated time of arrival. Deliveries are normally completed between 7:00am and 10:00pm. Please advise us of any difficult access points or parking restrictions when placing your order as our couriers use HGV vehicles in most cases. Any failed delivery attempts will be re-charged at the full price.

We can provide a bespoke tailor made delivery service at an extra cost.  Our Delivery Team will place your furniture exactly where you want it, remove all the packaging and check everything is absolutely perfect for you.Enquire when placing your order.


Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of Sale. All orders are usually dispatched within 1-21 working days but can take longer depending on stock availability and customisations. If you have any special requests regarding delivery of your order then e-mail us and your request will be dealt with. Once your order has been placed an approximate delivery date will be confirmed to you along with your order confirmation normally within 24 hours.


Our standard delivery service is to the first door of the property. Although we strive to ensure that all goods arrive complete and without any damage, it is impossible to guarantee this.


Damaged or faulty goods must be reported as soon as possible after the delivery. We suggest that if any goods appear damaged on delivery then customers should refuse the goods and sign the courier's manifest as "damaged on delivery, item refused". If the goods appear superficially damaged (i.e. the packaging looks damaged) please accept the goods and sign the courier's manifest as "damaged on delivery".
